For IT Support

  1. Enter a Help Desk Ticket and check your email for a response from the Tech Team.  Click here for instructions on how to enter a help desk ticket.  You will need to use the student username and password to login.
  2. ​If you can’t put in a ticket, call (518) 668-5456 ext 1234, 1222, or 4511 during school business hours.
  3. If you don’t get an answer, email lgtechteam@lkgeorge.org.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Be sure you are signed into school account (@lkgeorge.org) and not a personal gmail account.
  • Restart your device.
  • Add a screenshot or screen recording to your help ticket or email to show issue.
