The District Catalog will be used to track professional learning opportunities within the district.
These opportunities will include:


Regularly Scheduled Meetings
Superintendent Conference Days, Staff Meetings, Curriculum Meetings, Department Meetings, etc.


Professional Learning Opportunities
Book Studies, Instructional Technology Sessions, Trainings, Grade or Content Area Curriculum Work, etc.

Process:

Regularly Scheduled Meetings
  • Staff will be pre-enrolled
  • Staff will mark attendance on sign-in sheet during meeting
  • Attendance will be transferred and confirmed in Frontline

Professional Learning Opportunities
  • Applicant enrolls in activity 
  • If activity requires approval:
    • Reviewed by Building Principal for approval
    • Reviewed by Superintendent for approval
  • ​​If Approved:
    • Business Manager approves funds (if applicable)
    • Applicant secures substitute (if needed)
  • Instructor takes attendance during activity
  • After the activity, attendance will be transferred and confirmed in Frontline
